 | Michael Birkett – Chief Executive – Calico Chair of LHP Michael has been Chief Executive of Calico since 2006, having previously worked for Aspire Housing Group and Liverpool Housing Action Trust. Michael is also a Chair of South Liverpool Housing Group and is a member of the Board of Procure Plus Ltd. He is a Governor of Burnley College and serves on its Finance Committee. |
 | Ian Clark - Executive Director – Housing Pendle Ian has worked in housing for nearly 25 years working for various local authorities before becoming Executive Director at Housing Pendle in 2006. Ian is also a co-founder, company secretary and trustee of the charity Specialist Mediation in Lancashire East, (SMILE) which has grown into a company specialising in community cohesion and conflict reduction. Ian has a degree in housing studies, a diploma in management studies, and has been a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Housing since 1990. |
 | Kevin Ruth - Executive Director – Twin Valley Homes Kevin is a fully qualified accountant with a wealth of experience in business management at a senior level. As Executive Director, Kevin takes the lead role at Twin Valley Homes aligning the company’s business objectives with its customer focused ethos. Prior to joining Twin Valley Homes as Director of Resources he was a Manager at HACAS Chapman Hendy, a leading firm of consultants in the social housing field where he joined in 1998. Previously he has a track record of success and considerable experience of working in large organisations at a variety of senior levels. |
 | Nigel Fenton – General Manager – Hyndburn Homes Nigel qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing in 1988. Since this time he has been a Test of professional Practice Supervisor and assisted a number of students in qualifying as Members of the Chartered Institute of Housing. |
 | Kate Forrester – Director – Harvest Housing Group She took her first Director role in 2004 as Director of Service Development with Harvest Housing Group, before becoming Director of Manchester & District Housing Association in 2005. |
 | Phil Woodhead - Head of Property Services - Community Gateway Association Phil Woodhead joined Community Gateway in 2012 having previously worked for One Vision Housing, where his team won Inside Housing's Maintenance Team of the Year 2011. Phil joined the housing sector after working in the private sector as a management consultant on a variety of procurement and PFI commissions. Phil's most recent work includes setting up an in-house repairs service.
