Contractor and Supplier briefing Thursday 9th February
Since the start of GM Procure and more recently as Procure Plus, we have employed Valueworks to carry out our supply chain management and provide an e-trading system. As we continue to strive for service improvement alongside sustainable cost reduction the decision has been made that when this contract expires in August 2012 it will not be renewed.
The new way of working will include using an e-trading system developed by the Procure Plus community that facilitates the purchasing alongside project and performance management.
Procure Plus are holding a briefing session for all trading contractors, suppliers and manufacturers on Thursday 9th February in Manchester. If you are wish to attend this, please register your interest by emailing systems@procure-plus.com. For those members not currently trading, a familiarisation will be held as contracts are awarded.
