Every year we will help create and support 1 community enterprise

Lancashire Housing Partnership is committed to providing training and employment for individuals who otherwise might not be able to gain entry into the labour market by creating and supporting community enterprises.

These community enterprises can provide the first steps to permanent employment by creating an intermediate labour market where individuals will be found work and gain the necessary skills and opportunity for future placement.

LHP is working with Social Housing Providers, government agencies and local communities to promote community enterprises and increase employment opportunities for individuals who otherwise wouldn’t be able to find employment.
