Sustainability is Key to Community Regeneration

“Sustainability and fresh thinking are key to improving and renewing our local communities,” says Fiona Sharp, Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at regeneration consortium, Procure Plus. Speaking at the first of a series of conferences on the role of local stakeholders, and in particular housing providers, in implementing the Localism Act, Fiona highlighted the importance of thinking long term and challenging standardised practises in order to drive positive change at a grass-roots level.
